What you can hold me to
Every level has a standing session on your calendar, a set day and time, agreed in writing before you pay. If I miss it, you can cancel that day and I refund the month. It’s month to month: no notice, no lock-in.
The rest (response times, cover when I’m away, how I handle a full roster) is written into your agreement, not left to trust. Ask me anything and I’ll walk you through it.
How an engagement starts
- An audit of what’s already running: quick wins first, then the missing or broken pieces of your funnel, scoped to your team’s capacity and budget.
- Account access and setup with your team, plus in-depth working sessions with your leadership to nail your audience and your value.
- From there, your standing session at the cadence for your level: every two weeks at Strategic, weekly at Managed and Embedded. Same slot, on your calendar. Engagements start as soon as calendars align.
Who does the work
Every engagement is led personally by Tom Zandstra, the founder and principal, not an account manager. Strategy, your weekly calls, and the plan are his, and every call is with him, not a sales rep.
Tom oversees every account personally. Production runs through a team he directs, and the practice expands as the work does. The oversight doesn’t delegate. Everything runs in your accounts, and everything produced is yours: the campaigns, the data, the documentation.
No lock-in contracts. Everything is month-to-month, and the system is built documented and repeatable. Most engagements end because your team can carry it forward. You stay because it’s working, not because you’re stuck.
Is this for me?

No payment taken. This is your quote, not a contract. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. The number only moves on the call if the scope does. Copy your build and share it with whoever signs off.
